There are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin. There is also a sofa bed, making it suitable for up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a stunning sea view.
The living areas are minimally furnished and tastefully decorated with local antiques. There is an open fire and the house is both air conditioned and heated, making it suitable for summer and winter rental. There’s a TV and DVD player for those evening when you want to keep the kids amused, or just chill out after a long day bartering in Marmaris, or lounging on the beach.
If you fancy cooking, there’s a modern, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine and water purification system making it safe to drink from the tap. There’s also a stone barbeque, or Mangal in Turkish, next to the pool, so you can dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. And if you don’t fancy lifting a finger, we can highly recommend Sominye (pronounced Shim-in-ay) restaurant in the village, a leisurely 10 minute away.
