Villa Yildiz

The Bozburun Peninsula is a beautiful stretch of coastline, dotted with rural villages, sheltered coves and stunning bays. It’s popular with yacht owners who come fro the tranquility and laidback atmosphere. The village of Bozburun itself is where some of Turkeys finest Gulets are built. Approximately a 1 hour drive from Hisaronu Koyu, it’s well worth a trip, the coastline and scenery you’ll pass along the way are truly breathtaking.

Marmaris

Marmaris is the jewel in the crown of the Turkish Riviera – home to Turkey’s largest marina, and just 20- minutes drive from Villa Yildiz. Located where the Aegean sea meets the Mediterranean, it’s a beautiful bay famous for yachting and a lively, cosmopolitan atmosphere. This is home to the marina and some of the most amazing wooden vessels you’ll see anywhere in the world. There’s a plethora of excellent restaurants and shops where you can buy traditional Turkish ceramics, rugs and much more. It’s also the place where you’re mostly likely to use your haggling skills.

There are two Aqua Parks in Marmaris, ideal for the kids and the young at heart. You can take boat trips from the water’s edge or book a day trip to the Greek Island of Rhodes. There are a few supermarkets in Marmaris which are well stocked and reasonably priced.
